Well actually, if I'm honest, I am a bit worried about a few months down the line, when we have settled in, I have sorted out the house, been all round the neighbourhoods, been to the gym and the shops, and then.....

There are things I want to do but never find the time, such as taking tennis lessons, learning to paint and having a go at writing. So who knows, maybe I'll go on a few courses....

Do you have many friends where you live? (ones not working I mean).

Not really, but then I haven't been here all that long. I would also hazard a guess that you will find it easier to meet people than I have as you will make contacts through your son's school (parents of his friends etc.)

'Scuse my memory for being a pile of shite, but did you say you were moving to the bay area? (Edit: I see it was New Jersey. Yep, my memory is a massive pile of doggie doo-doo)
