h-2b visa info urgently needed!

h-2b visa extensions
hi wondered if you could help me with this ive been working in the usa on tempoary h2b visas or a number of years now.
1. im currently in the usa on a h-2b visa and my season is almost over (april 2002 to dec 2002) with my employer. is there any way i can transfer this visa to a new seasonal job. say a ski resort or or somwhere that will take me for the winter season. or take out a new visa while im in the usa for a new seasonal employeer.
2. my girlfriend is canadian and has been in the usa on a permant resident greencard for the last 3 years (but is not a citizen). if i was to marry her at this time would she loose the green card(im british) or would i become eligible for a green card or visa
3. does anyboy know of any jobs in the hotel industry in new york that will take my visa???

Neither. She would keep her GC. She could also sponsor you for one, but
that would take about five years. Better wait another two years until she
is a citizen. Then, she can sponsor you for a GC immediately.
