Green Cards arrived today...
Much excitement in the household but I have a really weird butterfly feeling in the pit of my stomach - feels like I have given something up (which I know I haven't) but I still feel weird!!

Wait till you see the photo first - mine looks a bit like a floating head with no neck/shoulders. Not sure what I was wearing that day but it must have been really light coloured.

That's what my SC drivers licence looks like. I thought the background would be blue like in Indiana and I wore a white top. The SC background was white! All you see is what looks like my floating head!

Thanks everyone. We had it easy compared to a lot of folks - hubby's employers lawyers took care of all the paperwork we really only had to sign things, provide paperwork and turn up at the right place at the right time. Will definitely celebrate as soon as my cold passes and I can taste food and drink again!

How long did it take - my employer's lawyers are doing ours too?
