Exclamation Green Card + Medical Certs - just a warning

I had my Green Card interview at the Bloomington office in MN on Monday. Everything was going perfect until the Interviewer went over the Medical Forms given to me by Dr Phalens office in London. I had never had my MMR vacination so Dr Phalen checked the box saying VACCINATION REQUIREMNTS NOT MET FOR K3. Apparantly he should have checked the one stating all was good but comment on the form that i needed the MMR before my interview. I had my MMr vaccination last week so that was fine, but the form from my DR here in MN was not good enough due to Phalens error!! Because of this, i was told that my card would not be issued until i resubmit the forms with the correct checked box. Luckily we managed to get seen by a Civil Surgeon who only charged $25 to re-do the forms...but now i have to wait for the paperwork to be processed before getting my temp stamp.

Just a warning for anybody that may have had the same box checked by Dr Phalen in London to have the forms redoen in the USA before your Adjustment of Status interview!!

I've had a similar problem with my Adjustment of Status here in Los Angeles. Apparently, the info provided by the doctor in London wasn't recorded properly, and now I have to have a bunch of tests and vaccinations so I can be issued with the full Immunization Card that Immigration is asking for.

The officer I met for my AOS also had a memo from London requiring him to seek additional proof that my wife and I had actually met prior to my coming to the US. I realize that this is a requirement of the K1, but my wife had been living in London for a year and was with me at the London Embassy when I got the damn visa!!!

Methinks left hand isn't quite sure what right hand is doing.
