Hi I am waiting for my interview and medical for my green card, I live in the US but will be going back to London for this. Does anyone have any experience of how long it takes between sending the stuff to london and getting the interview?

If the consular post receives your Packet 3 reply (Packet 3 has a different name now)
before the 10th day of a month, it can generally schedule the interview during the
month following the next month. You will receive Packet 4 about 3 to 4 weeks before
the interview appointment. Sometimes Packet 4 arrives rather late, especially from
countries which do not have tip top postal service.
So, if London receives your Packet 3 reply by August 10, your interview can be
scheduled during October.
