Green card holder want to bring wife to US
 

Hi,
I need advice, I am on green card got thru employment and my H1B visa is valid till 2003. Is it possible to bring my wife based on my previous H1B i mean can she get H4 visa based on my H1B petition which I still have.

If you have a green card, your H1B is no longer valid.

No, your H-1B no longer exists. However, if you had got married before you got your
greencard she should be eligible for a follow-to-join visa.
