I'm H1B and I just spoke to the people here in the know - they actually started it over a year ago - just didn't tell me. Labour cert is done.

I'm dead jealous then. If you're getting yours by July, it must be an EB2 or even EB1? My husband's job only qualifies for an EB3 visa, which as I said before has a priority date of April 01, even though he himself has a PhD, the job itself doesn't require it. I need to stop reading these forums....bloody depressing sometimes.
