I have been living in the US now for just over a year, my Husband is on a H1-B visa and works (thats why we are here) and I am on a H4 visa, is there anyway that I can work brain cells are starting to die now.

I'm H1B and I just spoke to the people here in the know - they actually started it over a year ago - just didn't tell me. Labour cert is done.

If you're getting yours by July, it must be an EB2 or even EB1? My husband's job only qualifies for an EB3 visa, which as I said before has a priority date of April 01, even though he himself has a PhD, the job itself doesn't require it. I need to stop reading these forums....bloody depressing sometimes.
