Okay heres the deal:

Got the physical greencard in the mail this afternoon, it came from the Texas service center strangely enough!

The stats:

Sept 17th 2001 - Issued Immigrant Visa at London Embassy
Dec 14th 2001 - Entered Newark Int.l
January 14th 2002 - Received greencard in mail

Hows that for service? :)

PS: Rete disregard prior post about vermont service center.

The GCs that were issued after a consular processing are usually very fast after
entry in the US and they all come from Texas SC. Mine arrived after 45 days in 1997.
However I am still waiting the second GC after 14 months. It appears that GCs filed
IN the US are much slower! Go figure!
