good english pub food in florida
to those who live in florida, i was just wondering if they know of any good english pubs with great english food. long time since ive had a great steak pie. mmm

well i learned to cook yorkshire pudding and pies when i moved here, sure would be nice to know some good place to eat real good english food. how long you lived in fl fred?

Would indeed.
Been here not too long matey, came here last August for about 5 weeks then came back permanantly since Dec 1st - around 9 or so months I guess.

this is the place I always went to when feeling the need for Bacon butties...but I do know they sold pies as well..
it was 3 years ago mind...you might just want to phone them and find out if they're still in business..
Also ask Ray..he's the King of Florida and knows everyone and everything...

this is the place I always went to when feeling the need for Bacon butties...but I do know they sold pies as well..

thanks for the info lisa if im ever in tampa ill look it up, im pretty far from there tho.
when we lived in mass i found the grocery stores sold more british food and at a reasonable price, unlike here. think thats because they cater to the tourist so they bump the prices up. i love lucozade, in mass i paid $3.99 for a big bottle its $6.99 here or more. just cant give in to paying those prices.

Try the Cricketer's Arms Pub (website below), located at Festival Bay Mall, in Orlando. I haven't been there, since they moved from the Mercado Shopping Centre, but, the Beers were excellent and the Food was right up there, too.
