Cool Going for a Mortgage

I'm going to start shopping around for a Mortgage in the next few days and need some help from you guys to save me leg work and countless periods on hold listening to naff music

I'm a non-immigrant (on an E2 visa) so I need to find lenders that give mortgages to non-immigrants. If any of you have any lender details to share that would be great, even better if they have offices in Houston.

I think that ideally I am looking for a good mortgage broker located in Houston, anybody know one?

Thanks
Stuart

Have you considered reading the thread asking the exact same question in the last couple of days?

Once you've read that, PM me if you want my broker's details. He's licensed in the state of Texas, is happy to do business with somone in Houston (I've already put another Houstonite in touch with him) and even Fatbrit tells me that he got us a good deal on our mortgage
