getting a visa in cuba
I'm seriously thinking of moving to cuba permanatly & was hopinh to hear from someone who has done this or knows how!! I know i need to get a visa to move to cuba but i don't know how to. If any one can help plz e-mail me at [email protected] thanx

Well, first off, if you are a US citizen or permanent resident, this is probably
illegal. If you are some other citizen, you'd probably need to visit the nearest
Cuban embassy. Sorry, I don't know anything about their visa regulations.

The only way to stay in Cuba long term, without making "visa runs" to Nassau or
Cancun, is to marry a Cuban citizen. Otherwise, you can get a tourist card for 30
days and extend it for another 30 days. After that you must leave, if only for an
hour! I understand that they are now giving longer tourist visas for Canadians in an
attempt to bring down "snowbirds" for the entire winter.
