xe.com seems to be the way most people do it. Their rates are usually competitive, and it's reasonably quick. Not sure if they have a minimum that you have to send. We have used them whenever we have had money to send in either direction.
Thanks so much! I guess I can just transfer in chunks to avoid the costs each time and at least I know I can do it all online!
