Are you sure its a year Paul..most car insurance is for 6 months ...
although there are some exceptions

yeah it's $400 something to take us to christmas this year when it expires this month, must quote on 12 months and charge for 6???

I know when we arrived the 6 month policy was $512, we must have 6 months no claims now - wah hey!!

I also opened a bank account without a SSN, nothing to do with any act.

If you can be bothered ask them to show you.

oh bugger!

It is 6 months I forgot 01/12/08 is January not December!!!!!!

robbin sods, I am gonna have to pull my last policy now - I feel so cheated, we paid nowhere near that last time!

nope, no change to premium, as apparently we have been "credited" with having a us driving licence from the age of 18.

Usually a non US license is a 10% loading.

But varies, difficult to compare cover with UK, limits here are much lower, hence my query on the cover that premium bought.
