Get in and Get married, No K-1.

Okay here it comes.

What will happen to me if I just fly to the states and then get married to my fiancé. Will they kick me out of the country ?.

Eagle,

Maybe.

Then again, maybe not.

Let us know how you make out.

I would not do it, if the Government wishes, and it feels that you
manipulated emigration law, your can be kicked out of the USA, and not be
able to return for 5 years. You might have to move overseas to be with her
(him). I know this as fact, I have read the 1st hand accounts. If you go
this rote, get an emigration attorney to advise you, before you say "I Do"
Best way is K-1, legal, but slow. But once you are here and you marry, your
as good as gold. But talk to an Attorney first.
