GC..so near and yet so far
 
Having an I 485 approval date of Feb 28th 2005 and having been in retrogression for-ev-er, I get very excited every time the visa bulletin comes out...and guess what...December's bulletin says they're dealing with priority date of....wait for it.....Feb 22 2005......FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...........
ah well...waited this long...rant over!!!:eek:

I know, really!! If it takes much longer I could become a snowbird and get a B2 !!!

Nearly there!!!! Don't despair!!!! At least your nearing the end of the process. Our date is July 2007, so it'll be at least another 2.5 years wait for us if not longer. Good luck and hopefully your wait will nearly be over :thumbsup:

I suppose you mean you filed your labor certification in 2005, not that your I-485 was approved then.

January Visa Bulletin has moved EB-3 general eligibility to March 22, 2005 ... better ensure your case is ready to be approved in case things retrogress again.

Thanks.....have got the attorney poised to contact USCIS on the 3rd as soon as the office opens..... quietly optimistic this time!!

Just received that wonderful email from USCIS saying that they've ordered production of our Green Cards ..... Still won't believe it until i have them in my hands, it's been a loooooong journey!
