at 42....when your use to it freezing the snot in your nose when you go out to start the car, 35F is quire refreshing, and 42, well not just t-shirts, but definately get the shorts out *l*...but i definately hold off on the shorts for as long as possible so when it does get hot and humid it doesn't get me as badly, I just don't like the hot humidity....gives more target room for the mozzies too
