My kids LOVE butterfly cakes... pretty easy/quick to make.

I went to a royal garden party last year we had cucumber sandwiches but they had sliced the cucumber long ways into thin strips, added a little mintsauce and a little spring onion, we also had egg & cress, and salmon. On the sweet side we had mini chocolate cake fingers, mini scones with jam and cream and slice of fruit cake, we also had Tea, Iced coffee and pressed apple juice. Good Luck
