G-639 questions - please help
Hi,
I have a few questions regarding form G-639.
Section 1 - if I want to obtain information on myself, then I'm supposed
to check FOIA box, correct?
Section 2 - may I put here my temporary address or I am required to put
here the same address as is in INS database?
Section 6 - what do I put here exactly? Do I enter all the data on
myslef (name, green card number etc.) or I just put a mark ("x") in a
proper field that indicates requested data?
BTW: how long does it takes to get the requested info from INS?
