Default G-325a?

Does anyone know about this G-325A form (Biographic information) for GC, do we all have to fill the forms, what about children below 12 years old?

I think under-14s do not have to fill out the form or get fingerprints, but you might want to verify that in the instructions.

Ask in the visa section, you'll get more response...though I think it says on the form who has to fill it out...
