G-325-a
My wife is filing for AOS, here's the question.
Does she use her parent's family name at the top of the form or my last name? She came here on a k-1 visa. Thanks  |
Re: G-325-a
If she has taken your name after marriage, then file all forms for AOS using her
married name. Is there a legal way to take my last name, or can she just fill out the documents using my last name? Does it really matter?
