Default Fun with needles! Immunisation planning

I hope someone can help me here - Somewhere on this messageboard I read an up-to-date list of all the immunisation shots needed for emigration from the UK.

As my soon-to-be fiance Kari and I are planners we'd like to know well in advance just what shots are going to be needed, as it is my understanding that certain types need to be administered over the course of a couple of months. I think hepatitis B is one such example, but I'm not sure if that's even required!

Is there a current list somewhere online, or is my local doctor likely to know what is required?

Thanks in advance
