This was posted in another forum, but thought people here might be interested...

Yeah, it's MS, but hey, it's free...basically click the link for valuable info on the right, and answer 2 and then true for the rest, and errr...you get a drive...and errr...it doesn't verify your OS or anything if anyone was so worried :D

does it say anywhere how big the drive is? just filled it out anyway, why not like you said its free! :D

wouldn't have a clue, but at a guess, minimum of 128mb...probably 512...but then it is free, so what the heck :D

and nice to get something free out of Microsoft ain't it :)

I was looking for that when I found the small print about only being for those in the states. Damn and blast!
I had filled it in already, and got the message saying the drive was in the post. And they let you specify os address, so I might still be surprised??

Well ya never know, if it works, superb, but that small print was why I only posted it in the US section rather than the lounge...but Canada...it's close enough :D

Good work Bob. I'm always up for a freebie and as MS already have my details anyway, I'm not opening up for any more junk than I already get :D

Oh bugger I didn't read the small print. But like you said, they let you choose your country :confused:
