forms again

hi can't believe i'm having problems filling in these forms to say i used to help people in the uk but i am so here goes a few questions on the I-485 part i entered on I-94 so do i specify other for the filing i assume my last arrival date is this time round and not feb do i put my uk social security number and what about the current ins is that N/A on the process info is that family listings my grown up kids back home/steves here as his son lives with his grandparents and not him also as he is the only member of the household what is the 125% fo his income as it does not list this.If we file after my departure date is there a penalty for this and would there be more forms to fill in with any more costs sorry for all this but just need to make sure everything is right before we go to file the papers in florida thanks oh i forgot is there nowhere we can download forms showing exactly how they are filled in this would help a lot

Hi
put the date you last entered the US
that is the date that is relevant. With the application type if you are married
to a US citizen then you are an immediate relative so the right box to tick is
the first one i.e. a visa number will be made immediately available to you.
They dont want to know your UK ss number. Your current INS status is visitor of
if you have overstayed your visitor time then put tourist visa overstay. Did
you come in on a I94 or I94W (which is visa waiver the little green card you
fill out on the plane)?
The current household limit for 2 is $14,925
and yes list all children as it says if they are not immigrating with you tick
the no box at the questions.
for a good site look up marriage visa and it will lead you to a site connected
i believe with this group. The INS website is also useful and has most of the
information including the income levels listed on it.
good luck

no you dont need to pay the $1000 that is in connection with the life act i.e.
you entered illegally which you did not.
