First trip outside the USA since getting green card

Do you have to do anything extra when re-entering the USA once you get your green card.

You do get to stand in the arrival line at POA for Citizens in most airports and SFO is one of them ;)

Pay $100 for the Global Entry program (per person), and you get to use the machines, which is much quicker. And on the off-chance the machine tells you to visit an immigration officer, you get to jump to the front of the queue.

Once you've signed up for the program, it lasts for 5 years I believe.

I went through Dublin pre clearance recently and forgot it was USA border control. We looked at each other blankly for a while when I handed over my UK passport, until he said where is the other half... ie Green Card. Oh how we laughed...once the GC was presented.
