Finding a tax consultant

Hello,

Can anyone here recommend a tax consultant who is knowledgeable of the issues facing British expats living and working in the US?

I have an immediate question about the tax implications of exercising stock some stock options I was granted as an employment incentive from a US company while living in the UK a number of years ago.

Also, while I was able to muddle through my FinCEN and tax return this year I would also be interested in finding someone who can make this easier next year.

Cheers,
Jakov
