wow, that's nice. You'll notice that Rene pointed you to google.com, not google wherever you live. Maybe you don't realise the difference and how it affects search results?
I would suggest that if you can't find the information you need on google then you aren't asking the right questions. If it is a company based in the USA then it will be registered somewhere to somebody, it will have a company address and names of directors. If they have a website, try whois.

Re: Finding a phone number
The person who runs it is a criminal and does not want his information to be found easily
So i was looking for local methods not generic

If the business is incorporated (including an LLC) and you know which state it is incorporated in you can probably get contact information from the relevant state's "Secretary of State" web site (Google the state, plus the bit in "", including the ""), then look for the corporations division, or similar, on the Secretary of State's web site.
This is free for most states, but not Delware or Texas, and a few others, where you have to pay a fee.

If the owner is a criminal and doesn't want to be found, how the hell are you planning on getting your $5,000 back?

It actually sounds like you wanted one of us to do the legwork for you ("I'll pm you the details")
How did you find this delightful business in the first place? Maybe start there?

#8, above.
If it is a registered business in a "free" state I could find it, if I have the correct name and state, in maybe 30 seconds.

Re: Finding a phone number
What do you mean "do not have a number"? .... A phone number? Or are you saying the business is not registered?
To trace a registered business to the Secretary of State's web database all you need is the state and the full/correct name of the business.
