I'm looking for free fillable forms. To be specific the G325a form. I used Arnaldo & Alvena's free fillable forms page for my G325a, but when I tried to use it for my fiance it isn't working properly and I get a message that the page is badly formatted - or somthing like that. Any help would be appreciated.

One more quick question - do I need to send in a copy of my fiance's birth certificate with the fiance petition? Or do I only need to send in mine and have him take his to the interview in Canada?
Thanks again,
Dawn

Is he using Adobe Acrobat Version 4.0?
You can try the form I coded on my FreeForms site. I have not had any complaints as
of late. http://pages.prodigy.net/alixtcat/forms/freeform.htm
If he is using 4.0 and still can't open my file, I don't know what to tell you. Let's
hope it does not come to that. ;o)
Hope this works for you!

you might want to try this site instead if you have to do the forms over. it allows
you to fill out and then print out the forms.
http://www.formshome.com/
also, instead of trying to get your fiance in india to download the forms, once
filled, you might just have to go the old fashioned way (fed ex them to her) or
something to prevent formatting problems. tara wrote:

Funny, I was told by the owners that FormsHome went out of business, now they are
back. Now I have to go change all the fillable forms links again! Thanks
FormsHome! NOT!!!
You may not have any better luck with any other forms, mine were coded correctly and
have serviced many from around the world. It sounds like a font problem on your
finance's computer.
Besides the fact that I make it very clear that the OF forms are most likely to be
different from each consulate and you should always wait for the forms to come before
attempting to use any of the fillable ones I provide.
I think you should just wait for the Packets #3 and #4 and use the forms that come in
them. What is the purpose for me offering the forms in fillable form? For those whose
consulates use the standard forms.
Take care,
