Filing Taxes when relocated back to UK
We had to relocate back to the UK in April 2011 (due to family illness in the UK) and no longer have a USA address - we are dual citizens. Have got to the final section of filing taxes and due a refund however it states need a permanent US resident address to get the refund and for payment to be taken out of refund - we use a PO box for our mail (via our friend). To deposit the refund we will be using my father in laws USA account as ours were closed when we left. What do I need to do to get the refund?

Have you checked the IRS info on the London embassy site? The IRS office there is pretty helpful.
