Filing: Is it better to file Q1 or Q2 or Q3 or Q4? Any difference in processing time?

For Filing:

Is it better to file during Q1 or Q2 or Q3 or Q4 of the year?

Does the time of filing make any difference to the processing time?

Appreciate any and all input.

Thanks!

The best time to file is when you have the application filled out, the money for the
application in hand and all the necessary information together and ready to be
mailed. That is the best time! There is no getting around the wait of the Service
centers at anytime of the year... Good Luck on your case

Sounds like NJ. Then you would be lucky enough to file thrrough Vermont? No Problem!!!! They'll kick out the approval before the other Service Centers even acknowledge they received the petition.
