We came back into the USA after a week outside in alien lands through the Detroit
PoE. The INS person swiped the machine readable (and expired) CPR card glanced at the
display screen, my alien's face and stamped the passport with the usual entry stamp
with the scribble ARC on it. We did not linger to chat, because we had to catch a
connection. A happy new year to all.
