Default FBAR (and all FATCA) and XE trade

Hey! Quick question, if you had to file an FBAR or other FATCA forms, would you have to list XE trade as an account (if you met all the other requirements)?

I would assume no as it doesn't seem to hold money like a bank account would. I can't seem to find an answer though!

FBAR and FATCA are based on asset-holding accounts and balances, therefore a purely transactional account with xe.com or another remitter is not relevant for FBAR and FATCA.
