Can the Parents of a USC who enter the USA on a B2 or VWP stay and adjust is the question.
Now lots and lots of reasons why that may be not a good idea, but is not the answer - YES?

I udestand that I will need to sponser them once I have my citizenship, but what will they come into the country on then visa wise. Is there one that they will have to apply for in the UK?
