F1 to H1B, what do my spouse need, to apply for H4 visa? urgent

Hi,

I was on F1 visa, and have just got H1B visa, but I havent got it stamped, I got it as my change of status, a new I94.

Do I need to have H1B visa stamped in my passport, for her to get the visa or the new I94 is good enough?

If H1B visa stamp is a must, then do I need to get it stamped ONLY in my home country?

Waiting for repliesss!!!

Have FUN!!!

IMO, I don't think you need a passport stamp--approval notice should be as good. Is your wife here or in your country? Check with US embassy website for your country if she is applying h4 there.
