I just read that people are leaving messages on Craigslist as well.....not sure if this person has been found yet, but thought I'd offer that suggestion as well.

Good news!!!! Charlotte has made contact and is now safe and well, don't know too many details but I do know that her boyfriends parents have lost everything, they went back to where their house was today and she said it's like it was never ever there, so so sad, but at least they are o.k, however they are still trying to find his grandmother, brother and sister-in-law.
Kate (yes she's a Kate also!!!)has asked me to pass on her thanks for everyone that provided links and help, she said she will get on here to post once she gets some time.
Once again thanks to everyone.

Thanks SB, I think Kate is now in contact, we are going to put together a parcel to send to his family, just of things that they may need in the coming weeks, how did you manage to find the e-mail address??!!!
