Yes. As a Canadian, that should not be a problem (for other people, the
missing I-94 card could be a minor problem).

Returning to the USA is another issue. Strictly in legal terms, you are
(presumably, I don't know about the circumstances of your entry to the
USA) currently in the USA as a non-immigrant tourist. This technically
caused your Green Card to be abandoned.

On the other hand, nobody really ever knew about that, so realistically I
don't expect trouble as long as you use the Green Card for your next
entry, and can show that it was just a mistake.
