I am looking for a very exclusive Babies Christening Gift.
Does anyone know of a Jewellers or Baby Gift Shops where they have unusual items for sale.

Anyway, depends where you live...can always find some independent jeweller who'll have one off stuff...even find a load on sites such as etsy.

Not sure - but I think "Things Remembered" does baby gifts that could be used for christening gifts - they can be engraved with the baby's name, date of birth, etc. They are in most malls - or you can look them up on-line.
