It might help if you would explain what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to acquire real estate, using an LLC to make the purchase? If so, then a title company would provide the title insurance and manage the escrow, but it would not form the LLC for you.

As noted, the LLC formation is easy enough. But if you need to prepare an LLC operating agreement, then you'd probably want a real estate attorney to handle it. This would be a lawyer who deals with contracts, etc., not with escrows.
