End of an Era
Thankfully. .... I-751 APPROVED!!!! After just a 1.5 month wait (Texas). I was a little nervous as I filed no avidavits (reading the instructions very literally where it says 'examples of such documents...')
Now just got to to do the new card formalities.
Now I can put it all behind me....
1 month B tourist
11 months J-1 (2-year waived)
6 years F-1 student (2 visas issued London, Krakow)
3 months F-1 postdoc (no visa)
2 EADs - optional practical training; waiting for AOS
4 years H-1B (3 visas issued Krakow x 2, Vancouver)
2 years conditional LPR
countless $$$$ to INS and all its spawn...

Great news mate
Now that I've taken my jaw off the floor, anyone know what is up with the INS? Why the sudden efficiency? :scared:
