And with regards to Equal protection and the 14th amend. and how it applies to the states; its been determined that immigrants are a 'protected class' on the same level basically as discrimination against african-americans. There's some case about that.....New York v. some hispanic guy
And thats my constitutional law in a nutshell! I went through 2 semesters of con law, and this is what I got out of it. Who wants to hire me?
I also believe that only citizens can run for public office too.

AFAIK even illegal immigrants have to register for selective service :scared:
