Default Electrified fanny pack shock unruly students

A special school uses controversial shock therapy to correct student's behavior. :scared: WTF surely this can't be legal and probably child abuse!

It's not April fools day yet is it?

Actually, I couldn't open the link - seems to be something wrong with my speakers...but I think I get the idea from the title. Scary like you say, though I guess the advocates reckon its just a 21st century answer to the cane....

Fair guess that I wouldn't be sending my kids to anywhere that used these though...........

Personally when I was at school the threat of forcing me to wear a fanny pack would have been enough to get me to behave - it wouldn't have had to have been electrified

What a shocking story!

Seems the real problem with the kid in the film is his mother's inability to see through a punishment to the end, I bet she always gave in and let him off. Now she's trying to do it again.
