Egg curry

Just finished Mrs. Harvey's lovely egg curry. It's probably the missus' last upright act this evening.

Bless her.

It's really simple & you make it to taste, so you add whatever you taste is needed. Ingredients are - boiled eggs, salad cream & curry powder.

Boil the eggs, shell them, mash them up (I use a fork) & add lots of salad cream & then mix together & keep adding curry powder until it tastes delicious!!!

I use it in sandwiches. I prefer it to be a bit warm, so I heat it up a bit before I put it in the bread.
