Eddie Izzard in Atlanta
I'm not sure if any people out here are Eddie Izzard fans, but ever since I lived in the UK (to go to Uni) and my friends introduced me to Eddie I've been a huge fan. He's by far my favorite stand-up comedian ever!
So today my husband and I received a phone call from a friend informing us Eddie would be in Atlanta for signing and Q&A at Tower on Friday the 19th. My jaw nearly dropped! My husband and I almost planned our honeymoon to SanFran last year around his Sexie tour. He never came anywhere near Atlanta, which we were so dissapointed about. But now he's coming! Even if not for stand-up...but nontheless, I get to meet him in person, yay!
So for any people living in Atlanta that like Eddie...he'll be in town!

Monday Nov. 15 at 7:00pm
Virgin Megastore – Union Square, NEW YORK
Thursday Nov. 18 at 7:00pm
Borders – Downtown Square, BOSTON
Oh, and here is the rest of the Atlanta info:

Sorry, I've never even heard of "Eddie Izzard". It'll probably stay that way.

You have to be the longest surviving troll on any forum mate, you've been here for as long as I have and that's been over two years.

This is what it says on the Tower website:
Q&A and signing with Eddie Izzard at Tower Records Atlanta! - 11/19/2004 08:00 PM
Tower Atlanta (3232 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA )
Emmy award winning comedian and actor Eddie Izzard is making a rare North American stop at Tower Records in Atlanta to celebrate the release of his three new DVDs. Glorious was recorded in 1997 during his sold-out appearance at the Hammersmith Odeon, and is joined by Unrepeatable and Definite Article, both available on November 9th for the first time in North America. A veteran of the stage (London's West End, Broadway), the small screen (BBC, HBO) and the big screen (Shadow of the Vampire, Velvet Goldmine and the upcoming Ocean's Twelve), Eddie has won numerous awards, including two Emmy's and two British Comedy Awards. Tower Records is very please to present Eddie Izzard to his fans for a very special Question and Answer session, followed by an autograph session for his new DVD releases.
I wonder when "Sexie" is coming out in the US? I saw online that they already started selling it in the UK a year ago!

You say you don't have much time on your hands yet you write inflamatory posts on BE.
I guess you're one of those Americans who doesn't have an open mind and won't even consider investigating Eddie Izzard...
Your loss.

My posts are not meant to be "inflamatory", rather they are meant to be humorous. I shall attempt to catch up with one Eddie Izzard if at all possible.
