EAD for L2 holder - on line application - supporting documents?

EAD for L2 holder - on line application - supporting documents?
Hi
Have applied online for EAD for 'she who must be obeyed' - have a receipt etc - fine so far.
What is not clear is which documents to send to the designated office - it tells me that this is the next step, but doesn't tell me which docs to send...
... anybody able to clarify or point me to appropriate web page as i can't seem to find it on USCIS site...
