EAD Again ! Please reply
I recently filed for GC thru spouse. I got EAD interview letter ( NY city). The letter asked me to bring I-94 passport and the letter with me.
Why would they need I-94 and Passport for? Is there any interview?
If someone has gone through this process can you reply please.

Check out www.kamya.com for personal experiences
at your local INS department. They describe the EAD process in detail. You need the
passport to prove that you are who you say you are, and the name is the same as on
teh letter, and the I-94 is usually stapled to your passport and proves that you were
inspected at entry.
