why is it with 50 states to chose from, almost everyone who not transferring through a job or married, plumps for Florida? With all the news about Hurricanes at the moment, I would have thought most people would be put off by the idea. On top of that its hot, humid, full of US retirees and now it seems most of south East England!

Not that I have any advice but what exactly are you investing in?

I would prefer California, but to expensive, Texas may be in the future, Florida has a good mix of everything reasonable!

i done that earlier, first i registered then with my user name and password i logged in, but once i go in to the forum and click on the link it takes me back to the log in area, any ideas why.
