e2 visa
 
can any1 offer any suggestions, we are planning to sell our condo to buy a business in us, only problem is we have a special needs son who is 29 and i was wondering how it would affect him coming with us is there a special process for dependants with special needs .
also my eldest son is married to an american citizen is there any way he could sponser him

What Manc said...really though, depending on what special needs your Son has, this really is not the right place for him, seriously, unless you guys are very wealthy, you could end up bankrupt from the medical/prescription costs over here:thumbdown:

You absolutely have to look into the medical care for your son. We do not have national healthcare (at least not at the moment) and you cannot begin to believe the cost of healthcare for a child with special needs. It would bankrupt you before you got here.

Your son who is married to a USC cannot sponsor you until he is a USC and even then the wait for you a few months (less than a year) but for his brother it will be 12 years or so.

He'd have to be put down as a 50% partner with one of them. Wonder if that'd fly?
