It MUST be regular mail.

The question of people in Palestine has been discussed a few days ago. I'm
summarizing what somebody else reported: it depends where you were born.
Then use the country that had control over that area before 1967. That is,
Egypt for the Gaza strip and Jordan for the West Bank. I have not verified
this information, but the person who reported this said it came from the
Web site of the US consulate in Tel Aviv.

If you were born outside the areas that Israel claims today, then the
matter is clear anyway: use whatever country your place of birth belongs
to today. You might be able to claim alternate nativity if your parents
were refugees at the time of your birth, although I wouldn't bet on it.

Of course, if you are married, you get to choose either your country of
birth or your spouse's country of birth.
