Dual nationality for child born in usa
Hi there my son was born in usa last month. My husband and i are here on O1 visas and are both British. Please can you let me know if my son is entitled to dual nationality and how i go about getting it if possible? Many thanks

Sounds more like a question of getting British Citizenship, lots of threads on the subject.

As a US citizen, get him:
* birth certificate
* social security number
* US passport
As a UK citizen, get him:
* UK passport
* consular record of birth
