Ds-230, Ds-156/k, I-134
I've received these 4 forms to complete or have completed before I can have an interview date set up with the US Consulate in Montreal. These forms are photocopies that were sent to me, some in "poor" quality and crooked. I noticed that these forms can be downloaded from the Department of State and INS websites respectively and was wondering if anyone has done this and submitted them in that fashion? I would like to have mine typed out because my printing isn't the greatest and I don't want anyone to have to decipher what I've chicken scratched on the form. Any suggestions on whether or not I can/should submit a downloaded copy? I would be able to have them placed on to one sheet as they are double sided in my package.

Yes, you can use the downloaded forms. Also, would you not consider that the fact that the government sent you the poor quality form shows that they are not particularly concerned about physical appearnace of the form ? Its the information provided that has to be clear and correct.
Do use the downloaded forms and type the info in.
