Driving from San Diego to Tuscan
Going on a road trip to take in some sites, (San Diego airshow & the Davis Monthan Boneyard). Does anybody have any tips or suggestions on the route, what to see, where to eat or stop etc?

There is no way to drive from San Diego to Italy that I am aware of.

If I recall correctly (haven't driven that road in ages), there isn't much between SD and Tucson except some pretty sand dunes along the way.
